  • DAMAGED IN SHIPPING - If you receive an order that has been damaged in shipping. You MUST note this on the carrier shipping form and notify us immediately. DO NOT accept the package from the shipper if it is damaged! If your item is shipped via motor freight, note the damage on the Bill of Lading and contact us immediately. If you have a digital camera, take pictures of the damage to assist us in handling your claim. Call us immediately so we can make suitable arrangements to ship you a replacement!
  • WRONG ITEM RECEIVED - If you receive an incorrect item and the shipping label is indeed addressed to you, contact us immediately with your order number, and details of what item or items are incorrect. We will make arrangements to have the incorrect item picked up and to have your correct order sent to you as soon as possible.
  • DEFECTIVE ITEM - LCD TV's, once the shipping carton has been opened, are NOT RETURNABLE for any reason. The TV manufacturers have taken a very hard stance on returns and are requiring all defective units to be serviced by their technical support groups. If you have any problems with your television, please call the appropriate service center or technical support number listed in your Operation Manual. Be sure to get a case number, reference number, or tracking number and jot down a summary of what is determined and give us a call to let us know that you are having problems. We will assist in any way we can to help you get your problem resolved.
  • RETURNS FOR ANY OTHER REASON - All other returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You must have a return authorization number from us within 30 days of the original purchase, and the item must be received by us within 45 days of the original purchase.  The item must be received by us in a re-sellable condition. In most cases, this means that the package must be sealed in the original wrapping and unopened. The re-sellable condition of the item is at our sole discretion. You are responsible to return the item to us, and when we receive the item and confirm the condition, we will refund any appropriate credit to your account.
  • Any return which included "Free Shipping" will have the actual shipping fee deducted from the refund.  We do not refund any shipping cost!

Return Procedures

  • Sign in to your account using the e-mail address you used for you order. ("Sign In" link is in the upper right corner of www.tvformyrv.com ) If you originally checked out as a guest, simply follow the "Forgot you Password" link on the Sign In page, and establish your own password.
  • A list of your previous orders will appear and each order gives you the option to  "Request a Return"
  • Submit your Return Request, and we will review it and give you instructions on how to procede.
  • Any return which included "Free Shipping" will have the actual shipping fee deducted from the refund. We do not refund any shipping cost!



We make every effort to have accurate pricing, however sometimes mistakes happen, some for the benefit to the customer and some to our benefit. In the event that an item has had a recent or large price change, or if we make a typographical or clerical error, we reserve the right to cancel any such order. We will make every effort to resolve any such discrepancy with the customer and will do our best to take care of the customer. We also reserve the right to pass potential savings to our customers where it is warranted.

We have implemented Real Time UPS Shipping Rates.  We are attempting to give the customer the most cost effective shipping available. Our objective is to neither make nor to lose money on shipping.  Our Credit Card processing procedure does not charge your credit card when you place the order, we only "authorize" the total amount, and perform various fraud checking. Only when we have your product ready to ship, or available to be drop shipped from a supplier, do we actually finalize the credit card transaction.

  • Free Shipping Special Offers do not apply to items not eligible for UPS or FedEx Ground shipment due to size or weight.
  • We do not ship to International Customers at this time
  • We do not ship to: hotels, motels, or resorts.
  • We may at our discretion use another carrier of equivalent service.

We reserve the right to modify these shipping policies and rates at any time.



We strive to have all of our products available, but sometimes due to order and fraud verification times, an item which was in stock when you placed your order, may be out of stock when your order processes. Certain RV appliance repair parts are getting hard to find. We will do our best to locate those parts for you, but if they are simply not available, we will cancel and refund your order. We will contact you immediately either by phone (best choice) and/or e-mail as soon as we determine that your item is not available for immediate shipment. We will try to keep you updated with the status of your order, and take appropriate action as the situation merits. We reserve the right to substitue newer models of equal or better features and performance as available. If your item is not expected to be in stock within 21 days, we will issue a refund, or release your credit card authorization to your account, at your request.
